LD Mobile Omron Collaborative Mobile Robot

Displacement of goods on the shop floor does not add value or product. Therefore, the faster and cheaper the transport, the lower the cost.

In this case, a collaborative mobile robot from Omron was used to pay for assembly lines.

At the top of the robot was added a PLC and a HMI. Through these, users select the destination of the robot delivery.

With load capacity of 90 kg, the robot is guided by laser scanner, diverting from object and people. If the path is blocked, it automatically searches for an alternate route.

Multiple test jig PCIs!

The test jigs are used for printed circuit board testing.

In this case the same jiga serves for three models of plates. There is database integration, to load parameters and save results, and an approval label printer, interlocked with test results.

To test another board, simply replace the fixture, which is only embedded inside the jig, without the need to connect any cables.

        Robotic cell with vision system!

Repetitive work must be replaced by automated operations.

In this case a complete robotic cell was developed for packaging, consisting of mats, printing system, visual inspection, carton assembler, SCARA robot, supervisory software and security.

The line has average production capacity in the range of 10 thousand pieces per hour.

Machine to measure complicity!

The repeatability of the methodology and the accuracy and speed of the data acquisition are fundamental to the validity of the test results.

In this case, a complete system was developed to measure compliance.

The control is based on PC, with LabVIEW software, National Instruments hardware and has force x displacement measurement in addition to temperature and humidity.

The drive is by servomotor and touchscreen monitor.
